摘要
本文对我国推动能源生产和消费革命的总体背景进行了论述,对能源革命的一般概念和新一轮能源革命的特点进行了归纳,对美国、欧盟和日本等经济体在推动能源革命中的实践进行了总结,并对可能制约我国推动能源生产和消费革命的若干因素进行了初步分析。
This paper introduces the background of China energy development strategy of promoting energy production and consumption revolution, concludes the definition of energy revolution and sums up the characteris- tics of the new energy revolution, including international experience of energy transformation in the United States, the European Union and Japan and other economies. And it also analyzes obstacles of promoting the energy production and consumption revolution in China.
