高压氧治疗颅脑创伤研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)疗法是治疗神经系统疾病的一种重要方法,目前应用广泛。本文探讨了HBO治疗创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)的机理和临床疗效。HBO疗法对改善脑组织的氧供、抑制继发性脑损伤、降低颅内压效果显著,对改善患者病情的进展有一定的帮助,是一种相对安全的治疗方法,在TBI的治疗中也具有良好的应用前景。
