摘要
海洋能作为一种清洁的可再生能源,利用其进行发电的装置研究越来越受到人们的重视。波浪能是海洋能的一种,国内外众多机构已经研究出多种形式的波浪能转化装置,但由于这些转化装置普遍存在着转换效率偏低的问题,成为大规模推广应用的障碍之一。在综合分析已有装置的基础上,设计出一种能有效提高波浪能利用的摆式波浪能转化装置模型。该装置的主要特点在于:(1)摆体采用多片状的结构,通过采用在多片摆中加空隙允许波浪通过的方法,防止在摆的后方形成漩涡,影响摆的反向发电;(2)摆体支架采用多三角形结构的形式,减少对波浪运动的阻挡;(3)利用摆体所转过的弧长来驱动齿轮部分,放大齿轮部分的转动效率,从而提高波浪能利用率;(4)通过改变齿轮组的齿轮啮合方式,使摆体的双向摆动转变为齿轮的单向转动驱动发电机,进一步提高波浪能转化效率。
Ocean energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy, research on the power generation device based on ocean energy draws increasing attentions. As one of kinds of ocean energy, many institutions at home and abroad have developed various forms of wave energy conversion devices, but there exists a problem of low conversion efficiency in most conversion devices, which becomes one of the obstacles to large-scale popularization and application. Based on the comprehensive analysis of existing devices, a kind of pendulum wave energy conversion device model that can effectively improve wave energy utilization was designed, and the main features of the device are as follows: (1) the pendulum adopts muhichip structure as a whole, and it is composed of many small multichip pendulums, between the small pendulums there are lots of gaps, by which the wave can pass through and prevent the formation of vortex at the back of pendulum which may impact reverse generate electricity of pendulum; (2) the pendulum bracket using multiple triangular structure reduces the blocking of wave motion; (3) swing of the pendulum is used to drive the gear part, by amplifying the rotation efficiency of gears, the wave energy utilization efficiency is improved; (4) by changing the gear meshing mode, two-way swing of the pendulum is transformed into unidirectional rotation of the gear, which drives the generator and further improve the wave energy conversion efficiency.
