摘要
在固定床反应器上考察了温度和氧浓度对一种商用中温氧化锌脱硫剂再生性能的影响,并进行了二次硫化实验,应用TPO,XRD,BET方法对再生前后脱硫剂的性能进行了表征分析。实验结果表明:氧化锌脱硫剂经600℃空气气氛下再生具有良好的二次吸附硫容量;再生脱硫剂的织构对脱硫性能有明显的影响;微量硫酸盐的生成造成了脱硫剂的再生不完全;600℃再生脱硫剂孔径小于10nm的微孔基本不变,而大于10nm的孔明显降低,导致了比表面积和孔体积的降低。
The effects of temperature and Oz concentration on the regeneration performance of a commercial mid-temperature zinc oxide desulfurizer were investigated with second cycle sulfuration experiment conducted in a fixed bed reactor, and the fresh and regenerative desulfurizers were characterized by TPO, XRD and BET. The results showed that 600℃ was most suitable for the regeneration of the desulfurizer in air with a good second cycle sulfur sorption capacity; the texture of the regenerative desulfurizcr mightily affected its desulfurization performance; the incomplete regeneration was attributed to the formation of some sulfate; and the regeneration of the desulfurizer at 600℃ in the air reduced the volume of the pores of above 10nm apparently but hardly affected the micropores of below 10nm, which resulted in a slight decrease of the specific surface area and pore volume.
