摘要
【目的】研究不同施氮水平下接种外生菌根真菌灰鹅膏菌(Aminita vaginata)、乳黄粘盖牛肝菌(Suillus lactifluus)和绒粘盖牛肝菌(S.tomentosus)对油松(Pinus tabulaeformis)生长及光合特性的影响。【方法】以油松幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方式,研究施氮量(0,4.5,9和18mg/L硝酸铵)和接种外生菌根真菌(灰鹅膏菌、乳黄粘盖牛肝菌和绒粘盖牛肝菌)对油松生长和光合特性的影响,并分析二者的交互效应。【结果】(1)同一氮水平下,接种外生菌根真菌的油松生长量和生物量积累均高于不接种对照,不同菌种的促生效果不同,以灰鹅膏菌效果最好,乳黄粘盖牛肝菌和绒粘盖牛肝菌次之,后两者之间没有显著差异;接种外生菌根真菌的油松幼苗生长量和生物量随着施氮量的增加先升高后降低或不变,施氮量为9mg/L时生长量和生物量都达到最大。(2)接种外生菌根真菌的油松幼苗,其光合色素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、Fv/Fm和ΦPSⅡ均随着施氮量的增加先升高后降低,施氮量为9mg/L时,以上指标均达到最大值;其中接种灰鹅膏菌能显著提高油松的净光合速率。【结论】施氮量和接种外生菌根真菌对油松生物量和光合速率有交互效应,且以接种灰鹅膏菌并附加9mg/L施氮量效果最好。
【Objective】The effects of Aminita vaginata,Suillus lactifluus and S.tomentosus with different N application levels on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Pinus tabulaeformis were studied.【Method】Pot test method was used and P.tabulaeformis seedlings was used as test material,to study the effects of nitrogen application and inoculating ectomycorrhizal fungi on biomass and photosynthetic characteristics of P.tabulaeformis seedlings.【Result】1) At the same N application level,growth and biomass of P.tabulaeformis seedlings inoculated with ectomycorrhizal fungi were higher than the uninoculated,and seedlings inoculated with A.vaginata were the best while those with S.lactifluus and S.tomentosus showed no significant difference.2) Photosynthetic pigment content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,Fv/Fm and ΦPSⅡ of P.tabulaeformis seedlings inoculated with ectomycorrhizal fungi were increased,and net photosynthetic rate of seedlings inoculated with A.vaginata was very significantly improved.These parameters were all influenced by the nitrogen concentrations with a trend of decrease after initial increase as the increase of nitrogen concentration with a peak at 9 mg/L.【Conclusion】Nitrogen concentration and ectomycorrhizal fungi had an interactive effect on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of P.tabulaeformis seedlings,and the inoculation of ectomycorrhizal fungi would benefit the growth,with an optimal condition of the combination of A.vaginata and 9 mg/L nitrogen concentration.
