烧结法制备粉煤灰微晶玻璃的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以粉煤灰为主要原料,采用烧结法制备粉煤灰建筑微晶玻璃。运用差热分析(DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等技术对粉煤灰微晶玻璃性能、微观结构进行了研究,并测试了粉煤灰微晶玻璃的物化力学性能。研究表明,粉煤灰微晶玻璃的主晶相为副硅灰石,副晶相为钙长石;CaO/SiO2为0.33时,微晶玻璃的理化力学性能达到最优,Al2O3/SiO2为0.19时,析晶过程相对最容易发生。 Fly ash was used as a raw material to produce glass-ceramics by powder-sintering method. The properties, microstructures of the glass-ceramics were studied by the rmogravime-tric analysis/diffenential thermal analysis ( TGA/SDTA ), X-ray diffraction ( XRD ), scanning elec-tron microscopy ( SEM ) methods. The mechanical physical and chemistry properties were measured. Results indicate concluded that, the main crystal phase of fly ash glass-ceramics is wollastonite, and vice crystal phase is anorthite. Opical mechanic-chemistry properties of fly ash glass-ceramics was obtained at CaO/SiO2 ratio of 0.33. The process of crystallization was easy realized when Al2O3/SiO2 was 0.19.
