人工介质生物强化改善水源地水质研究

摘要 筛选了组合介质、ACP和PM三种人工介质进行水质改善效果试验,中试工程建于无锡市梅梁湖边,分别考察了其水质改善和对持久性有机污染物(POPs)的去除效果。结果表明,人工介质可以提高微生物富集效果,优化水生态系统结构,对各类污染物均具有较好的去除效果。经人工介质处理后,部分水质指标可以提高1~2个等级,水体富营养化水平得到降低。组合介质对CODMn、TN、Chl-a、TP等的水质改善效果优于ACP和PM。GC/MS监测表明,组合介质可使有机物色谱出峰减少28.6%,ACP介质则减少了43.1%,提高了水源水质的生物稳定性。 Three artificial media such as combined media, angular cubic polystyle (ACP) and polystyle miture (PM) were chosen for water quality improvement. The pilot test project was constructed near Wuxi Meiliang Lake, and the water quality improvement and removal of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) were investigated. The test results showed that the artificial media could improve the microbial enrichment effect, optimize the structure of aquatic ecosystems, and effectively remove various types of pollutants such as POPs. After treated by the artificial media, part of the water quality indicators could be increased by 1 to 2 grades, the level of eutrophication could be reduced. The removal effect of CODMn, TN, Chl-a and TP by the combined media was better than that by ACP and PM. GC/MS monitoring indicated that the combined media reduced POPs by 28.6% , while the ACP reduced POPs by 43.1% , the biological stability of source water was improved.
