摘要
产业集群是区域经济发展的重要载体,协同创新是有效推动产业集群可持续发展的动力来源。本研究以"宝鸡·中国钛谷"产业集群为研究对象,在对国内外协同创新研究文献进行述评后,采用案例研究法,基于协同和创新理论建立了产业集群协同创新机制模型,政府作用、知识协同、组织协同和创新服务平台在该机制模型中扮演重要角色。研究结论:企业是真正的协同创新主体;政府的引导和推动在产业集群协同创新中具有重要作用;协同创新不仅仅是"产学研"的协同,还需要政府、中介机构、行业协会等组织的深度合作。
Industrial cluster is an important carrier of regional economic development. Collaborative innovation is the driving source of sustainable development of industrial cluster. Industrial cluster ＂China titanium valley in Baoji＂ as the research object, this study estab- lishes the collaborative innovation mechanism model of industry cluster based on the synergy and innovation theory after reviewing the re- search document about collaborative innovation both in domestic and abroad. The function of government, knowledge collaboration, or- ganization collaboration and innovation service platform play an important role in this mechanism model. The research conclusion is first- ly, enterprise is the real main body of collaborative innovation. Secondly, the government＇s guidance and promotion play an important role in collaborative innovation of industrial cluster. Thirdly, the collaborative innovation is not only the synergy between enterprise uni- versity and research, but also needs the deep cooperation among the government, intermediary agencies, industry association, and other organizations.
