整复手法治疗恢复期腰椎间盘突出68例 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨"整复手法"在腰椎间盘突出症恢复期的疗效,以指导临床实践。方法将符合恢复期的150例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用以腰椎间盘突出症辨证分期为特色的"整复手法"组,一疗程10天,共治疗30天,采用Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)和Roland-Morris量表分值来评估治疗前后不同时段症状变化,并对两组患者各疗程疗效比较。结果 131例患者完成全部研究,治疗组68例与对照组63例相比具有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组临床疗效总有效率亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组疗效比较具有统计学差异。结论 "整复手法"明显提高临床疗效。
