摘要
本文介绍了Sol Gel法制备超细SiO2 的方法及其研究进展 ,并对其它的制备方法作简要的介绍。
The methods of preparing ultrafine SiO 2 by using Sol Gel process and its research progress was introduced in this paper.Other preparing methods of Ultrafine SiO 2 were also briefly introduced.
