摘要
利用茧丝纤度曲线模拟生成、解舒丝长分布理论等有关研究成果 ,进行定纤缫丝过程的计算机模拟 ,初步完成了定纤自动缫计算机模拟系统的开发 ,介绍系统的结构组成和主要实现技术 ;通过工厂实测比较 ,讨论了原料茧特性、缫丝工艺条件等因素对生丝纤度偏差的影响以及系统应用问题。
Based on the study of simulation of cocoon filament size curve and the length of non broken cocoon filament,this paper mainly discussed the theory about the simulation of automatic reeling with fixed size by computers,and a software is developed at the same time,introduced the function and implementation method of the software,and then discussed the influence of the material characteristic and technological conditions to the raw silk deviation with the method of simulation of the reeling.
