摘要
结合现代混合动力车的总体要求和设计理念,在大量充放电模拟实验的基础上,设计了一种基于数据信号处理器TMS320F2812为核心的电池管理系统,实现了对混合动力汽车动力电池组电压、电流以及温度的实时采集,并对电池组剩余电量SOC进行了估计,最后应用串口将采集数据送入上位机,利用CAN总线实现了电池管理系统与整车控制模块的可靠通信。
Combining the general requirements and the design concept of modem hybrid electrical vehicle, based on a large number of charge and discharge simulations, a battery management system was designed and its hardcore was TMS320F2812. This system realized a real-time monitoring of the voltage, current, temperature of the HEV power battery package and it also realized a calculation of the SOC of the battery package. Finally, the collected data was transferred to upper computer through SCI, and by taking advantage of CAN bus, it also realized a reliable communication between the battery management system and the vehicle control module.
