摘要
本文阐述了非晶合金的电磁和物理性能,以及生产制造非晶合金变压器的工艺。通过对普通SCB9系列变压器与非晶合金变压器的空载损耗进行分析比较,显示出非晶合金变压器在节电方面的优势,凸显出该材料在低压变压器应用方面的推广价值。
This article expounds the electromagnetic and physical properties of amorphous alloy and the technology of manufacturing amorphous alloy transformer. By comparing and analyzing the no-load loss of ordinary SCB9 series transformer and amorphous alloy transformer, the advantages of amorphous alloy transformer in power saving is shown and the promoting value of this material in low voltage transformer application is prominent.
