校企一体化的核心是组织一体化、规划一体化、实体一体化、共育一体化、建设一体化、文化一体化;创新之处在于合作基础创新、运行机制创新、培养方式创新;保障措施包括:政府大力支持,完善教育法规体系,慎选合适企业,强化院校服务能力,建立利益驱动机制。
The core essentials of school-enterprise integration are the integration of organizations, of plans, of entities, of education, of construction and of cultures. The innovation of this educational mode lies in the inno- vation of cooperative basis, of running systems and of training methods. The guarantee of this mode includes support from the government, a complete system of educational laws and regulations, selection of proper enter- prises, services offered by school to enterprises, and a mechanism of mutual benefits.
