高拉速条件下板坯连铸结晶器铜板温度场研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文以攀钢 1 3 50 mm板坯连铸结晶器为原形 ,通过结晶器铜板三维温度场和应力场计算 ,在实际温度测量基础上研究了弧形板坯结晶器的温度分布和应力变形状况 ,并对结晶器铜板改进设计前后的传热效果和热状态下的应力变形状况进行了对比分析 。 Based on the mold of 1350mm slab caster in Panzhihua Iron & Steel Corporation and by a calculation of three D temperature field and stress area of mold copper plate, the temperature distribution and stress deformation are studied with actual temperature measuring data. And an analytical contrast is carried out to the heat transfer effect and stress deformation under heat before and after the design improvement of mold copper plate is made, which will lay a certain theoretical foundation for optimum mold design.
