摘要
目的了解我院毕业生临床技能考核状况。方法对我院2004~2006级返校后毕业生进行理论综合考试和临床技能考试(共5个考点),对学生的理论综合成绩和临床技能成绩进行分析。结果三个年级之间考试成绩有差异,采用LSD均值之间多重比较,同一个考点三个年级两两之间差异均有显著性(P<0.05),表现为2006级各考点成绩均高于2004级和2005级相同的考点;各年级中有些考点男生和女生成绩有差异(P<0.05),表现为女生高于男生;各个考点中,外科得分最高,理论综合成绩均分最低。结论我院通过多阶段强化训练和考核,毕业生总体临床技能水平呈现出逐年提高的趋势,仍需进一步完善医学实践技能培训体系,与各个教学实习医院精心配合,不断提高学生的临床技能操作技术和临床综合分析及应用能力。
Objective To know the school medical specialty graduate assess condition of Clinical Skills. Methods Find the 2004 ~ 2006 back to school graduates and have theory comprehensive examination and clinical skills examination (almost 5 examination site) to them, analysis the theory comprehensive performance and Clinical skill performance of students. Results There are differences between the three grades exam results. Using LSD multiple com- parison between the mean, the same test three grade differences between two are significant( P 〈 0.05 ), performance that each test result of the level 2006 are higher than level 2004 and 2005 of the same level test, each of grade examination result have the difference between boys and girls ( P 〈 0.05 ) , performance for girls than boys. In each of the test, surgery has the highest score, comprehensive theory is the lowest. Conclusion The school through the multi - stage intensive training and assessment, graduates overall clinical skill levels showed the trend of increased year by year. The medical practice skills training system have to be further improved, and with each practice teaching hospital carefully, constantly enhance the students" clinical skill and operation technology, and clinical comprehensive analysis and application ability.
