解剖型锁定钛板结合微创技术治疗胫骨远端骨折26例效果分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨采用解剖型锁定钛板结合微创内固定技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法对26例胫骨远端骨折采用内侧纵形手术入路和解剖型锁定钛板结合微创内固定术治疗。结果26例均获得随访6～24个月。末次随访时疗效按Johner-Wruhs评分评定：优18例，良6例，可2例，优良率92．3％。结论对有移位的或粉碎性胫骨远端骨折采用解剖型锁定钛板结合微创内固定技术治疗疗效可靠。
