摘要
在常温条件下,合成配合物Cd(pyzdc)(H2O)3(pyzdc为吡嗪-2,3-二羧酸),并对其结构进行表征.通过荧光光谱法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法,研究配合物Cd(pyzdc)(H2O)3与DNA的作用机理.结果表明:此配合物能与DNA发生作用,并具备对DNA的切割能力.
The complex Cd (pyzdc) (H20)3 was synthesized at room temperature, and characterized ( pyzdc = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid). Mechanism of interaction with DNA was determined by fluo- rescent spectrometry and agarose gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the titled complex could in- teract with and cleave DNA.
