多频生物电阻抗分析法测量人体脂肪率的可行性研究 被引量:10

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,肥胖症的发生率有越来越多的趋势,体脂率的测定对诊断肥胖症、评价人体的营养状况、体质状态、减肥效果及指导临床治疗均有重要意义。因此,体脂率的测量受到普遍的关注。目前测量人体脂肪率的方法多种多样,但大多受到设备价格昂贵、有一定的辐射、准确性欠佳等诸多原因的限制。本文应用单频及多频生物电阻抗分析法对71例门诊患者进行体脂测量,并对测量结果进行信度与效度评测。
