摘要
以虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)优良品系G2世代为基础群体,在避免全同胞或半同胞交配基础上随机交配,建立60个全同胞家系,对上述家系进行传染性造血器官坏死病毒(Infectious haematopoietic necrosis virus,IHNV)人工感染试验,构建贝叶斯动物阈模型估计IHN抗病力遗传参数,采用吉布斯抽样(Gibbs sampling)方法估计虹鳟IHN抗病力方差组分并计算遗传力,结果表明,虹鳟IHN抗病力遗传力为0.34。在此基础上进行抗病家系筛选研究,获得8个感染IHNV病毒90日存活率超过50%家系,其中一个家系(编号K23)存活率超过90%。本研究结果显示,虹鳟IHN抗病力具有中等遗传力,采用选择育种手段对虹鳟IHN抗病性能进行遗传改良在技术上是可行。
The generation two (G2) of a rainbow trout superior strain population were used as the base population. This strain was being selectively bred by the Heilongjiang River Fishery Research Institute (HRFRI) of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences (CAFS). 60 full sib families were developed in rainbowtrout by random mating and avoiding inbreeding among full or half sibs. All pedigreed fry were infected by IHNV and cultured in the same condition. Gibbs sampling algorithm for a proper estimation of genetic variance components within an animal threshold model framework for resistance to IHN and the preliminary screening for resistance to IHN families in rainbow trout were done in this study. The results show that the hedtability of resistance to IHN was 0.34. 8 families with a survival rate higher than 50% in 90 days after IHNV infection were obtained in the families screening study. Of which, one family (family number is K23) has a survival rate higher than 90%. Our study provides insight into resistance to IHN is moderately heritable, family selective breeding method for improving the resistance to IHN should be feasible in rainbow trout.
