摘要
研究了丙烯酰胺-乳酸(AM-HL)复合分散剂在不同pH值,球磨时间,复合分散剂配比和添加顺序等条件下对水基石英粉浆料悬浮稳定性的影响。研究表明:0.2 wt%的AM-HL在酸性环境(pH为2~5)下能使固含量为45 v%的水基石英浆料稳定,最优pH为3,复合分散剂的分散效果优于单一分散剂的。在相同pH值下,悬浮液的粘度随着球磨时间的增长而先减小后增大,球磨时间为10 h时,粘度最低。AM-HL比例为3∶7,优先添加丙烯酰胺时,分散剂对悬浮液的分散效果更佳。
The effect of multi-component dispersant on rheological behaviors and stability of aqueous silica suspensions was investigated at different pH, milling time, ratio of multi-component dispersant and addition modes. The results showed that 45 v% aqueous silica suspensions were stable by adding 0.2 wt% AM-HL in acid condition (pH 2 - 5). The optimum pH was 3 and the effect of multi-component dispersant on stability of aqueous silica suspensions was better than the one of single dispersant. The viscosity of suspensions decreased firstly and then increased with, increasing milling time. The suspensions got the least viscosity while milling time was l0 h. The stability of aqueous silica suspensions was enhanced by adding AM before HL when the ratio of AM/HL was 3 : 7.
