摘要
研究了基于层次结构分析以及模糊评价的电动汽车充电站能效评估方法。首先根据电动汽车充电站的功能和层次结构,利用层次分析法建立了评价指标体系并确立了指标权重;然后通过专家调查打分,根据模糊综合评价法原理,建立其能效模糊评价模型,实现了对充电站的综合评价。论文还利用Simulink建立了模糊评价模型,并以重庆一个充电站为例,进行了能效评估分析。结果表明,论文提出的评估方法能够在考虑多种因素的前提下,诸如充电站的充电设施、人员配备、服务与管理等因素,对充电站的能效进行评估。论文的方法能够为电动汽车充电站的建设和经济运行提供参考。
Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation( FSE), the paper built the e- valuation index system and confirmed weights by AHP according to the function and hierarchical structure of charging station. Then using the method of FSE, the paper built the model of energy efficiency evaluation and realized the com- prehensive evaluation of charging station through experts' grading. Then taking a charging station in Chongqing as an example, the paper also built this model to process energy efficiency evaluation by the software Simulink. The practi- cal operational results show that the method could effectively evaluate the energy efficiency of electric vehicle charging station under many factors such as the charging equipment, manning, serving and reliable reference and support to the development of the economic operation of the management. The method can offer electric vehicle charging station.
