摘要
以福建省石狮市为研究对象,在研究石狮市城乡一体化进程、现状及"十二五"规划基础上,参照城乡一体化的内涵和目标,就经济发展、社会发展、生活质量、生态环境等方面设置4个一级指标,19个二级指标,探讨城乡一体化指标体系的构建及其评价。采用多目标线性加权函数法对石狮市城乡一体化水平进行了分析和预测,为推进石狮市城乡一体化进程提供科学依据和对策建议。
Based on investigation of the process, current status and Twelfth Five-year Plan of urban-rural integration in Shiski City, Fujian Province and referring to the intension and goal of urban-rural integration, 4 first grade indices and 19 second grade indices are set in economic development, social development, life quality and ecological environment to explore building and evaluation of urban-rural integration indices system. Meanwhile the multi-objective linear weighting function is applied to analyze and predict the urban-rural integration level in Shishi City, so as to offer scientific basis and propose countermeasures to accelerate the urban-rural integration drive in Shishi City.
