摘要
运用根原因分析法对1例行支气管镜检查术前用药错误事件进行分析,找出发药错误原因,并加以改进,取得了较好的效果。
Root cause analysis was conducted in one case of medication error that occurred before bronchoscopy.The authors found out the reasons for the error,and implemented improving methods,resulting in good effects.
