药熨贴中锌-枸橼酸发热体系工艺优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究蠲痹热熨贴的制备工艺并优化锌-枸橼酸发热体系;方法:以恒温持续时间、最高温度为评价指标,运用L9(34)正交试验表,以锌粉、枸橼酸、蠲痹液、除痹散的比例为因素优选蠲痹热熨贴发热体系。结果:根据正交试验表分析,锌是发热体系的主要因素,枸橼酸是维系酸性湿润环境的条件因素,蠲痹液是体系中的重要因素,调整除痹散加入量可控制热效应持续时间的长短,优选的蠲痹热熨贴发热体系为锌粉∶枸橼酸∶蠲痹液∶除痹散∶活性炭=16∶3∶4∶5∶1。结论:蠲痹热熨贴中锌-枸橼酸发热体系工艺条件合理科学,为进一步通过临床验证疗效提供科学依据。 Objective: To study the preparation process of Juanbi heat iron sticking and to optimize the zinc -citrate heating system. Methods: Taking the constant temperature duration and the highest temperature as the evaluation indexes and using the L9 (34) orthogonal test table, the proportion of zinc powder, citric acid, Juanbi liquid and Chubi scatter as factors were took to optimize the zinc- citrate heating system. Results: According to the analysis of orthogonal test table, zinc was the main factor of the heating system. Citric acid was the condition factor to maintain the acidic wet environ- ment. Juanbi liquid was the important factor in the system, and adjusting the addition quantity of Chubi scatter can control the duration of thermal effect. The optimized proportion of zinc powder : citric acid : Juanbi liquid : Chubi scatter : activated carbon of the Juanbi heat iron sticking heating System was 16:3:4:5:1. Conclusion: The process condition of the zinc - citrate heating system in Juanbi heat iron sticking is reasonable and scientific, which provides a scientific basis for further clinical verification curative effect.
