摘要
通过对PTA装置空压机的工艺特点和原有联锁控制系统的研究,以及控制策略和应用特点的分析,针对应用过程中存在的缺陷,利用现场仪表,采用西门子公司最新的S7-400PLC系统实现联锁控制,并更新位移及振动监控系统。在分析现有的控制技术的基础上,对PLC控制系统和现场总线技术进行了一定的分析和研究。论述了控制系统的设计思想以及空压机控制系统的硬件与软件的设计思路和系统实现。
Through the reseach on the process characteristics and the original interlock control system of air com- pressor in PTA plant, through the analysis of the control strategy and application characteristics, according to the existing defects in the application process, by using the field instrument, the interlock control was realized by using the latest ST-400PLC system of SIEMENS Company,the displacement and vibration monitoring system was updated. On the basis of analysis of the exsiting control technology, analysis and rearch was carried out on PLC control system and field bus technology. The design idea of the control system, the design thought and system implementation of hardware and software of air compressor control system were discussed.
