婴幼儿尿道下裂综合分型在手术治疗中的意义 被引量：13

摘要 研究报道，近30年来全球尿道下裂发病率明显增加，其发病率为出生男婴的1／1830～1／1250，其中近侧型尿道下裂约占尿道下裂发生率的20％，认为与环境中内分泌干扰物的影响密切相关[1-2]。随着对尿道下裂病因、病理学研究的不断深入，临床治疗理念也在发生相应的变化，近10年来，由于对尿道板组织的重新认识[3],保留尿道板的尿道下裂修复术使尿道下裂手术成功率有明显提高，提示尿道下裂手术治疗治愈率与手术年龄、尿道板发育、尿道下裂分型相关H0。2005年1月至2008年12月，本院收治先天性尿道下裂75例，报道如下。
