摘要
自主研制了一台试验范围广、测试功能齐全的低温多效海水淡化中试装置(规模为30 t/d),并通过了全流程稳定性测试,能够开展相关的试验研究。该中试装置可测试操作条件影响、蒸汽喷射器、喷淋系统、不凝气抽气方式、传热管抗垢等关键参数和部件性能,可进行专项性的技术测试或验证,达到为低温多效蒸馏海水淡化大型工程的优化设计提供依据的能力。
A 30 t/d pilot device for low-temperature multi-effect seawater distillation was devel- oped. The operation stability of the device laid the foundation for related experiments. The special tech- nology test and demonstration can be implemented to study the effect of key parameters and parts such as operating condition, steam ejector, spray system, NCG pumping mode, and anti-fouling of heat transfer pipe. The study can provide guidance for the design and manufacture of large-scale projects on low-temperature muhi-effect seawater distillation.
