摘要
应用GIS空间数据分析方法,分析了六盘山贫困地区乡镇用电量空间分异特征,揭示了地区海拔高度、经济发展水平、城镇化水平、社会基础设施、产业结构和人口结构对电力消费量的影响,并以此提出了在贫困地区应通过实施电价补贴、推进人口城镇化、控制人口过快增长等政策措施来完善地区电力供给条件.
Applying the methods of spatial data analysis with GIS technology, this paper ex- plored the spatial characteristics of power consumption in Liu Pan Mountain poverty-stricken areas, and found the effects of natural environments and social economic conditions on the spatial distribu- tion of power consumption, including the local elevation, level of economic development, level of urbanization and social service, industrial structure and population structure. At last, we put for- ward some policy suggestions to improve the conditions of power supply by implementation of elec- tricity price subsidies, promoting of regional urbanization and controlling fast increasing of popula- tion.
