摘要
在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,对游梁式抽油机的四连杆结构进行分析,建立井下采油系统的运行参数、抽油机杆柱运动的基本数学模型,研究了电动机、曲柄旋转运动与悬点直线运动的对应关系,基于目标函数和边界条件提出了SURF井下系统运行过程优化控制策略。通过现场实验表明,笔者提出的优化方法能满足节能降耗的要求。
Four join poles structure of beam pumping unit is analyzed based on the domestic and overseas research achievements, the basic mathematic model for operation parameters and oil- pumping system is established, and the corresponding connection of electromotor and brace whirling between hang beeline motions is studied. In this paper, the optimum control strategy for SURF oil well operation process is proposed, based on the objective function and boundary condition in oil extraction system. The experiment results demonstrate that the strategy can meet the requirement of saving energy and reducing wastage. Therefore, the research work in this paper has important academic and applicable value.
