摘要
白假丝酵母通常不引起人体感染,但对于免疫低下或免疫缺陷者,其却可导致机会性感染,如咽喉部感染、阴道感染,甚至可发生危及生命的系统性真菌感染。临床治疗白假丝酵母感染的常用药物为氟康唑,且已取得了良好的治疗效果。
