摘要
环糊精包合碘是山东昊泰科技药业有限公司研制的具有有效碘含量高、质量稳定和刺激性小等优点的消毒剂,为验证其杀灭微生物的效果,选取金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌作为细菌繁殖体的代表,选取白色念珠菌作为致病性真菌的代表,参考《消毒技术规范》（2002年版）的方法进行检测.结果表明：在19～21℃条件下,含0.5％硫代硫酸钠＋0.2％卵磷脂＋3％吐温-80的磷酸盐缓冲液适合作为中和剂；环糊精包合碘1/1000倍（W/V）样品稀释液作用10 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的平均杀灭对数值＞5.00,对白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值＞4.00.结论：环糊精包合碘1/1000倍（W/V）可以杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌等细菌繁殖体和以白色念珠菌为代表的致病性真菌.
A new cydiodine,produced by Shandong Haotai Pharmaceutical Technology CO.,LTD,was studied the effect on killing microorganism as high iodine content,stability and less stimulus.Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,P seudomonas aeruginosa （represented as gonite）,and Blastomyces albicans （as pathogenic fungus）,were studied according to Technical Standard For Disinfection 2002.The results showed that 0.5% Na2S2O3 ＋0.2% LCAT＋ 3% tween 80＋PB was suitable to this trial at 19～ 21℃.1/1000 cydiodine（W/V） for 10 min,S.aureus,E.coli and P.aeruginosa of killing log〉5.00,and B.albicans of killing log〉4.00.In conclusion,cydiodine can kill gonite such as S.aureus,E.coli,P.aeruginosa and pathogenic fungus such as B.albicans.
