温度对斑鞘豆叶甲成虫取食量和耐饥力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 温度对斑鞘豆叶甲出蜇成虫日取食量和耐饥力均存在较大影响。试验结果表明:在17~33℃恒温条件下,斑鞘豆叶甲成虫日取食量随着温度的升高而增加,17℃取食量最小,雌雄成虫日均取食量分别为5.07,3.27mm^2;33℃取食量最大,雌、雄成虫日均取食量分别为22.78,17.54mm^2。在相同环境温度下,雌成虫日取食量大于雄成虫。雌、雄成虫日取食叶面积与温度间的回归模型分别为y♀=220.5-27.52x+1.110x2-0.013x3;y♂=10.06-11.18x+4.925x2-0.477x3。斑鞘豆叶甲成虫在饥饿状态下的死亡进度随温度升高而加快,在17,21,25,29,33℃温度下,雌成虫的平均寿命分别为17.92,13.92,10.08,8.75,7.08 d,雄成虫的平均寿命分别为13.83,12.00,8.17,7.25,5.67 d。在同一环境温度下,雌成虫耐饥力强于雄成虫。雌、雄成虫耐饥力与环境温度间的回归模型分别为y♀=197.8-2.00x+0.775x2-0.009x3,y♂=112.8-11.10x+0.390x2-0.004x3。 Effects of temperature on feeding amount and hunger tolerance of Colposcelis signata(Motschulsky) adult were studied in the paper.The results showed that daily feeding amount of Colposcelis signata increased with temperature getting higher(17—33 ℃).The fed leaf area was the lowest under 17 ℃,with female 5.07 mm^2 and male 3.27 mm^2,and it reached the maximum with female 22.78 mm^2 and male 17.54 mm^2 under 33 ℃.Regression equations of feeding amount and temperature were y♀=220.5-27.52x+1.110x2-0.013x3(female) and y♂=10.06-11.18x+4.925x2-0.477x3(male).Under hunger conditions,the death progress of Colposcelis signata accelerated with the temperature increasing.The average survival days of female were 17.92,13.92,10.08,8.75,7.08 d at 17,21,25,29,33 ℃.Male′s survival days were shorter than female,13.83,12.00,8.17,7.25,5.67 d respectively.The hunger tolerance of female was stronger than male.Regression equations of hunger tolerance and temperature were y♀=197.8-2.00x+0.775x2-0.009x3 and y♂=112.8-11.10x+0.390x2-0.004x3.
