摘要
目的:探讨中医护理适宜技术在肛肠手术患者术后尿潴留中的应用。方法:将80例肛肠手术术后尿潴留的患者,分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用穴位按摩、艾灸、贴敷三项常用的中医护理技术,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组尿潴留的有效率、术后舒适度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的自行排尿时间、残余尿量、泌尿系统的感染率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理措施能够促进肛肠术后尿潴留患者排尿,提高患者的舒适度。
Objective：Objective to investigate the application oppropriate teconology of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for postoperative urine retention in anorectal operation.Methods：80 cases of urine retention patients after anorectal operation were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was received routine nursing care,the observation group was given three commonly used Chinese Nursing Techniques contains points massage,moxibustion and acupoint sticking,the nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results：In the oberservation group,efficiency of urinary retention and comfort level were significantly higher than those in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Voiding time,residual urine volume,urinary system infection rate in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive Nursing of Traditional Chinese medicine can promote voiding of urine retention after anorectal operation and improve the comfort of the patients.
