摘要
目的:探讨阅读疗法对大学生心理健康的影响。方法:采用阅读疗法对大学生进行为期3个月的心理干预,用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估干预效果。结果:实验组的SCL-90各因子分、总均分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。其中变化较大的是躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执、恐怖因子和总均分。结论:阅读疗法能有效改善大学生的心理健康。
Objective To study the effect of reading therapy on mental health of university students. Methods The effect of mental intervention on the mental health of university students was assessed after 3 months of reading therapy according to the SCL-90. Results The score of different SCL-90 factors and total score were significantly lower in reading therapy group than in control group. Significant change was observed in somatization, obsession,interpersonal relation sensitivity, hostility, paranoia, fear factor and total score. Conclusion Reading therapy can effectively iraprove the mental health of university students.
