摘要
目的 建立稳定的犬实验性急、慢性牙髓炎动物模型以便进一步探讨牙髓炎的病理、生理机制。方法 采用喷水钻磨穿髓法和不喷水钻磨穿髓法在犬牙上分别建立急、慢性实验性牙髓炎模型并行常规组织学观察。结果 穿髓 12h受检组呈急性牙髓炎改变 ,以不喷水钻磨侧尤为典型 ;穿髓 14d受检组呈慢性炎症改变 ,以喷水钻磨侧更为典型。结论 不喷水钻磨穿髓法可建立稳定的犬实验性急性牙髓炎模型 ,喷水钻磨穿髓法可建立稳定的犬实验性慢性牙髓炎模型。
Objective In order to study their physiological and pathological mechanisms,the pulpitis models of dog teeth both acute and chronic are positively induced by experimental methods.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]The pulpitis models both acute and chronic were induced through pulp exposure by drilling the teeth with water cooling or without water cooling and then observed by routine histological method.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]It was shown in the histo_sections that the group examined after 12 hours of pulp exposure had developed acute pulpitis especially in the teeth drilled without water cooling,and the group examined after 14 days of pulp exposure had developed chronic pulpitis especially in the teeth drilled with water cooling.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The acute pulpitis model can be firmly induced by the method of drilling the teeth without water cooling,and the chronic pulpitis model can be done while drilling with water cooling. [WT5”HZ]
