摘要
目的探讨药学干预对门诊精神分裂症患者药物治疗依从性和疗效的影响。方法选择2011年1月—5月,来笔者所在医院就诊,符合入选标准的门诊精神分裂症患者100例,随机分为药学干预组(药物+药学干预)和对照组(药物)各50例,分别于干预前及干预后6个月、12个月进行依从性评定,并对干预前后2组进行简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分。结果干预组较对照组的治疗依从性好,6个月时有显著性差异(P<0.05),12个月时有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);BPRS评分2组间具显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论采用合适的药学干预方式可有效改善精神分裂症患者的治疗依从性并提高治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the compliance and therapeutic effect in schizophrenic by pharmaceutical intervention. METHODS All of 100 outpatients of schizophrenic from January 2011 to May 2011 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The intervention group was treated with antipsychotics and pharmaceutical intervention, the control group was treated with antipsychotics only, for 12 months. The compliance was assessed before treatment and in the 6th month, 12th month. The BPRS were used to assess clinical curative effect before treatment and in the 12th month. RESULTS The compliance and BPRS of the study group was significantly higher（P〈0.01） after treatment, the compliance was significantly better（P〈0.05） in the 6th month. CONCLUSION Pharmaceutical intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and therapeutic effect.
