摘要
谷氨酰胺(Gln)和维生素E分别是条件必需氨基酸和必需营养素,均具有多种生理功能,二者联合应用可互补和协同,增强机体抗应激、抗氧化和免疫力,促进生长发育,提高成活率。本文在概述Gln和维生素E主要生理功能的基础上,重点综述二者协同对动物,特别是鱼类的影响及机理,以期促进Gln和维生素E协同作用的科学研究,拓展Gln和维生素E的联合应用。
Glutamine (Gin) is a conditional necessary amino acid and vitamin E is an essential nutrient for ani- mals. Both Gin and vitamin E exert various physiologic functions, and can work together with complementary and increasing effects in improving anti-stress, antioxidation, immunity, growth performance and surviving rate. Based on summarizing the major functions of Gin and vitamin E, their influence and mechanism working together on animals, including fish especially, are reviewed at the present paper.
