摘要
目的:寻求一种简单而又实用的内眦赘皮矫正方法。方法:对200例伴有不同程度内眦赘皮的患者进行重睑成形术和同时行Park-Z成形术以矫正内眦赘皮。结果:本组共200例患者,5例失访,其余195例随访6个月以上,其中6例患者内眦部出现轻度瘢痕增生,给予得宝松皮下注射后瘢痕逐渐消失,其他患者均对手术效果表示满意。结论:重睑术同时行Park-Z成形术能充分矫正内眦赘皮,术后重睑形态良好,内眦处瘢痕不明显,是一种效果满意的手术方法,值得临床应用推广。
Objective In order to introduce a simple and convenient method for the correction of epicanthus. Methods 200 patients with the epicanthal fold in different degree were treated with the double eyelidplasty combined with Park Z -epicanthoplasty in one stage. Results 195 cases were followed up in long - term and the follow - up time was more than six months postoperatively, six cases occurred mild scar proliferation in epicanthal incision.But after compound betamethasone subcutaneous injection, the scars gradually disappeared. All of other patients postoperative were satisfied with the results. Conclusions This operation is not only simple and effective to treat epicanthus but also successful to achieve nature shaped double eyelid and no obvious scar in endocanthion.
