摘要
有限元分析的精度与网格单元的质量关系密切,一般来说,相同尺寸的结构网格较非结构网格的分析精度要高,但其划分往往受到模型几何形状的限制,而非结构网格的应用则受限于网格质量。为了提高非结构网格的分析精度,通过设定偏斜度等准则,以链轮为模型,运用HyperMesh对非结构网格的质量的定量评估及优化进行研究,再将优化后的非结构网格的分析结果与结构网格相对比,结果表明所设定的网格质量优化体系是合理的,同时结合实际分析网格质量的选取原则。
The accuracy of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) is closely related to the quality of grid. In general, the structured grid has higher accuracy than the unstructured in the same size, but it is often limited by the geometry of model. And the unstructured grid is limited by its quality. To improve the accuracy of the unstructured grid, by setting skew criteria, a sprocket is selected as model to study the quantitative assessment and optimization of unstructured grid by HyperMesh. The optimal unstructured grid is compared with the results of the structured grid. The result shows that the setting of grid optimization system is reasonable. The selection principle of the grid quality is analyzed.
