摘要
针对医学图像分析与压缩的特殊要求,将多小波变换和分形压缩理论引入到医学图像压缩中。首先对医学图像进行多小波变换,较好地保持了医学图像的边缘和细节信息,再采用分形压缩方法对图像进行压缩。实验表明,算法在保持一定医学图像质量和较高压缩比的前提下,编码时间大大减少,结合多小波变换的医学图像分形压缩方法在临床应用取得较好效果。
According to the special requirements of medical image analysis and compression, the multi-wavelet transform and fractal compression theory is introduced into the medical image compression. First , multi-wavelet transform for the medical image is maken, better to keep the image edges and details , then fractal compression method to compress medical images is used. Experiments show that, this algorithm in the premise of keeping the quality of medical image and high compression ratio, the encoding time is greatly reduced. Fractal on the compres- sion of medical image is very effective in clinical application.
