摘要
贪污贿赂犯罪是我国社会发展的毒瘤,当前我国贪污贿赂案件侦查工作仍存在一些不足。此次刑事诉讼法的修改为贪污贿赂案件的侦查工作提供了难得的发展机遇,同时又提出了严峻挑战。从总结当前贪污贿赂犯罪出现的新特点入手,探究侦查工作开展所遇到的困难,以侦查实践为根本落脚点提出解决对策,可以在一定程度上给予实务工作者启发。
The crime of corruption and bribery is a ＂cancer＂ of social development in China. There are some shortcomings in the work of investigating corruption and bribery cases. The amendment of Criminal Procedure Law provides not only a rare development opportunity but also severe challenges for the investigation of the corruption and bribery cases. Starting with summing up the new emerging features of corruption and bribery cases, this article probes into the difficulties in the investigation work and puts forward countermeasures according to the investigation practice, trying to offer some enlightenment to practical workers to some extent.
