摘要
在一种反抗性文化中孕育而成的美国当代基督教音乐,在商业利润的获取和福音传递方面都发挥了重大作用。美国当代基督教音乐具有宗教与世俗的双重属性,并且在产业现状和发挥作用上有一套成熟的机制。美国当代基督教音乐对福音传递乃至美国社会的影响重大,当然,其自身也存在一些问题,由此可为音乐在宗教传播中的应用和影响研究的深入提出一些路径。
American modem Christian music, which has its roots in the resistant culture, has been a great success both in the commercial world and in the cause of evangelism. Based on a careful examination of its reli gious and secular nature, the present condition of the industry and the mechanism of its operation, the paper seeks to analyze how American modem Christian music impacts evangelism and the American society in gener al. In addition, the paper tries to point out some of its problems as well as to suggest new approaches for the study of the use and influence of music in religion preaching.
