以中国石油西南油气田公司应急管理系统试点项目可行性研究工作为实例,探讨了项目可行性研究的定义及其在项目管理中的作用,介绍了可行性研究报告的编制步骤,论述了可行性研究报告对于项目管理、成本控制及项目管理阶段性工作的实施所具有的重要意义和作用。
The paper takes emergency management system pilot project feasibility study of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company for example,discusses the definition of project feasibility study and its role in project management,describes preparation steps of feasibility study report,and discusses important significances and roles of feasibility study report in project management,cost control and phased implementation of project management.
