摘要
文章从山西省农村医疗保障体系实际运行的现状出发,对忻州市忻府区乡村农民随机调查,发现存在农民健康意识薄弱、政府在农村医疗保障工作方面力度弱、农村医疗机构建设不足、新型农村合作医疗实施程度和效果有待加强等问题,并提出了改进和健全农村医疗保障体系的相应措施及对策。该研究旨在推动山西省农村医疗保障体系的建设步伐,为广大农民提供完善的医疗保障服务。
Based on the practical operation status of Shanxi rural medical security system and the random investigation to the peasants in Xinfu District of Xinzhou,the paper finds out such prob- lems as peasants ＇ weak health consciousness, government ＇s weakness of work on rural medical se- curity,insufficiency of the construction of rural medical institutions, to-be-strengthened imple- mentary degree and effectiveness of new rural cooperative medical care and puts forward corre- sponding measures and countermeatures for the improvement and perfection of Shanxi rural medi- cal security system. The research aims to accelerate the construciton pace of Shanxi rural medical security system so as to provide peasants with perfect medical security service.
