高压氧舱在缺氧性疾病中的应用进展 被引量:8

摘要 目的高压氧舱技术作为一种较新的治疗手段,已在康复医学领域广泛应用并取得了确切疗效,尤其在治疗一些缺氧性疾病方面取得了满意的疗效。本文就其在缺氧性疾病治疗中的一些新进展进行归纳阐述。方法通过重点查阅近年来最新文献资料,总结高压氧舱技术及其在缺氧性疾病中的应用情况,明确高压氧舱的应用价值。结果高压氧对急性高原病、重型颅脑损伤、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、一氧化碳中毒以及脑卒中等缺氧性疾病的防治效果显著,且安全、可靠。结论高压氧舱的应用在缺氧性疾病的预防、治疗及康复方面发挥着显著的作用,其疗效肯定,值得广泛推广。 Objective Hyperbaric oxygen chamber,as a new treatment method,has been widely applied in rehabilitation medicine field with accurate curative effects especially in the treatment of hypoxic diseases.The paper summarizes and elaborates some new progress in the treatment of hypoxic diseases.Methods Through consult of the latest document literature in recent years,the hyperbaric oxygen chamber technology and its application status in the treatment of hypoxic diseases was summed up to clarify the application value of hyperbaric oxygen chamber.Results High pressure oxygen had remarkable control efficiency in the treatment of hypoxic diseases such as acute altitude sickness,severe craniocerebral injury,hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in newborn,carbon monoxide poisoning, and stroke,which was safe and reliable.Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen chamber expresses remarkable function in the prevention,treatment,and rehabilitation of hypoxic diseases with definite curative effects,which is worth wide popularization.
