摘要
针对我国城市突发事件应急物流的特点以及逆向应急物流发展中存在的问题,给出一种适用于物联网环境下的,包括应急物流管理中心、应急物流参与组织和应急物资灾区管理站在内的城市逆向应急物流联合体协同运作模式,提出一种运用物联网技术的面向逆向应急物流联合体的智能化多级协作信息平台模型以提供技术支撑,同时对该平台中主要子系统的功能结构进行阐述并论证模型的可行性;最后对城市逆向应急物流联合体平台建设中的注意事项进行研究。
For the characteristics and corresponding problems in reverse emergency logistics for urban emergency event of China, a collaboration mode is given for reverse emergency logistics union including emergency logistics management cen ter, organizations, emergency logistics and emergency materials management stations in disaster area which can be used in internet of things （lOT） environment. After that, based on information technology such as IOT, a multi leveled informa tion platform model with intelligent decision support ability is proposed for reverse emergency logistics union, the functional structures of each subsystem are elaborated, and the feasibility of the platform is also analyzed. At last, the key issues in plattbrm implementation are discussed.
