摘要
职业能力培养是高职院校教育活动的根本出发点。文章依托山东就业市场,对高职软件专业职业能力培养现状及毕业生职业能力进行调查,分析了该专业在学生职业能力培养中存在的问题,进而提出加强高职软件人才职业能力培养的建议。
Professional ability training in higher vocational colleges is the fundamental starting point of education activi- ties. Relying on the job market in Shandong,a survey of graduates in software technology on professional ability and cultivation status was conducted,in which the problems existed in professional ability - building are analyzed. Finally, this paper put forward several pro- posals to enhance vocational software talents professional ability.
