摘要
"肾藏精"是肾藏象理论概念体系的核心。文章深入剖析"肾藏精"概念科学内涵,对传承、发展和创新肾藏象理论概念体系有重要意义。综合分析古今历代医家的著述,进行理论诠释。笔者认为,可以赋予"肾藏精"基本概念的内涵是:肾藏精,以藏为主,肾具有贮存、封藏精气的生理功能,防止精气无故妄泻;同时,藏中有泻,肾所藏之精又可流溢脏腑、布散体表、充养骨髓脑髓、化生血液、溢泻精气等;藏精起亟,对精气为生理功能提供物质基础,应急机体需求,调节阴阳平衡,发挥重要效应。
＇Kidney stores essence＇ is the core of the ＇Kidney-organ theory＇. In this article, the author deeply analyzed the scientific concept of ＇kidney stores essence＇, which made big points to inherit, develop and create kidney-organ theory. Based on the summarization and the explanation of the works created and recorded by successive physicians ancient to present, the author held an own concept about ＇kidney stores essence＇ as following. Storing was the most essential function of kidney to maintain and seal pneuma and to prevent its leaking. However, dispersing conceals as well, which appeared as spreading essence to other organs and body surface, nourishing bone marrow, and creating blood. Storing essence and inspiriting qi, as kidney playing critical role in that, is the fundament of essence qi＇s function, is the need of body to meet an emergency, and the key of balancing yin and yang.
