摘要
研究了转胁基因抗虫棉蕾期绿盲蝽百株3龄以上若虫数量与棉花产量损失率的关系，并组建了相关式：Y=-2．1276＋0．8823X。测定了转＆基因抗虫棉不同产量水平下的防治指标，经分析提出转历基因抗虫棉蕾期的防治指标为百株3龄以上若虫5～7头。
The relationship between yield loss ratio and nymph number of Lygus lucorum Mayr above 3rd instar per 100 plants at bud stage was studied in Bt transgenic cotton field, and the regression equation was Y = -2. 1276 ＋0.8823X. The control indexes under different cotton yields were measured. The results showed that the control index at bud stage was 5 - 7 nymph above 3rd instar per 100 plants of Bt transgenic cotton.
